The view was perfect. Swimming pools were clean and spacious.
They welcome was really nice. We found a welcome card, water, a wine and some sweets. Was really nice
You could find the water to drink everywhere, in the bar, near swimming pools. You always could find a place near the swimming pool, a little bit difficult to the beach.
The electricity was gone one night for some hours, the manager arranged everyone during the dinner.
The waiters were working hard, especially in the bar area near the restaurant. We were a big family and always found a place to sit together during our meals
The children liked the kids club.The reception girls were very helpful.
I can mention that during lunch and dinner you always had a lot of choices in salads and cheese.
The food was not for a 4 star hotel unfortunately, but you could always find something not to be hungry. The beer was good.
This hotel has a lot of potential, unfortunately not enough investment. The building and the ambiance were old. I visit several rooms, they have done the minimum to start putting some new furniture, but in general you could read the age of the things.
Most problematic were the lifts, too old, dirty inside and every 2 days one of them was not working.
I notice a difference in the cleaning between the main building and the bungalows. In the room in the main building the cleaning was more frequent. In the bungalows we didn't see anyone for 2 days. Then the guys came but you need to ask them for everything as they cannot see what was missing or what to clean. Anyway if you ask their reaction will be immediately.
The girls at the reception were nice and provided us the information in English. I would prefer also a kind of map or where is each restaurant or bar or area, but this is only a suggestion. They are signs outside building to show you the directions.
What I can say about the meals: breakfast was the same everyday. I was surprised that there was only one kind of cheese during breakfast, but a lot in lunch and dinner.
Not to many choices, not live cooking for you. I was in 3 stars hotel before and they had a lot more choices. But at the same time every day different pie, good one.
We went to mama Mia restaurant, I will prefer something Greek traditional food than Italian, because was different from Italian food, except bruschetta and mushrooms risotto.
One day I tried to eat at the snack bar, but I saw a lot of flies near food, which was really bad.
As a conclusion we had good time, because we were together. The hotel needs investment in many directions. All the people there were working hard.
I hope that will be some investment soon so the hotel can shine again.

Location and good beach
Everything else.
The food is just horrible- its bare eatable
The drinks same.
The building is old and dirty, the lifts to the beach are broken every day
Its far from the 4 star hotel
