Very strategic location, asscessible to convenient store, malls and famous local restaurants. The breakfast was so scrumptious and variety of food served!

Initially, the room given to us was very gloomy, depressing and most importantly, the hot water was not at all working. At 12am the first night (the next morning essentially), one of the staff after much talking to, changed rooms to Level 9. This is when our stay was much improved. But the process was horrendous. The location is very good, the hotel is linked to a mall.
The breakfast was absolutely awful, POSITIVELY DISGUSTING. And the staff initially gave us a terrible room on level 8. It was racially motivated as well, we noticed all "Indians" were given rooms on the 8th floor. We are Malaysians, but this seemed to be some kind of racial theme at the hotel. The room was just terrible, hot water was not working and not well kept. It was only later when we were moved to level 9 that things drastically improved. But even then, the aircond was leaking.

Overall the hotel is fine with good ceiling height with spacious room. There is a eleven 7 supermarket which is integrated with the hotel which I found it to be very convenient. There is also a mall if you pass through eleven 7 which has other food option such as "Merry Brown". You also have the supermarket within the mall if you want to purchase your baby's diaper or any other stuff. So to summarize, the location and the integration of eleven7, mall and supermarket is what makes this hotel unique.
I didn't like the cleaniness of the washroom. It was pretty bad. They should definitely do something about this.
