Location is good. it is near to many restaurants, yet it is quiet at night to sleep. Duty free mall is near and good for shopping (good rate for money exchange).
Room is ok, no problem. White linen, white towels, coffee, tea, 2 daily bottle of water provide. TV works well. But, bathroom has no lock at the door, and has a gab between the door and wall which is big enough to see when showering, so, not privacy for shower if you are not alone or not with your family. Bathroom floor seemed never been cleaned.
Staffs, wifi in room, daily room cleaning is well, no problem.
Grab taxi works well and super cheap.
Breakfast is good for Asians because food mainly aimed to Malaysian food. Yet, they change menu everyday, no boring. For Europeans, toast, margarine, artificial jam, boiled eggs, fresh fruit are available.
Mostly are well. No problem.

中国からの団体さんも利用するような、割と大きいホテルです。床がフローリングで清潔感があります（個人的にはとても気に入りました）。テレビもちゃんと映ります（結構、映らないところ、途中で映らなくなるところ、珍しくないです）。シャワーの強さOK。冷蔵庫あり。
外に団体を載せる観光バスが止まっていたり、煙草を吸っている人がいると、窓を閉めていても、排気ガスや煙草のニオイがします。部屋によると思いますが…。

ただのエコノミーホテルというよりは、外国人（中国から）の団体客と思しき人たちも収容できる、設備としてしっかりしているホテル。自分の泊まった部屋の床が、日本の板の間（フローリング）風で、スリッパやなど全然必要と感じない清潔感があった。
ビーチが目当ての人には、ロケーションがネックかも知れません。また、団体客を乗せて出ていくバスがホテルに横付けされている間は、排気ガスと運転手の煙草のニオイが、窓を閉めていても入ってきます（部屋の位置によると思います）。

Well, there was a bed, shower and breakfast.
Very small room, with very small space. Safe locker was not working. I think we would have to choose between safe and fridge, because there were not enough power plugs.
The lady that was checking us in was not nice or helpful. I had confirmation that earlier check in was available but she was insisting that its not possible. She said the check in starts from 14:00. And I had to show my confirmation from booking with hotels approval fet times to make her believe me.
Air conditioning was not working properly. The doors were sometimes closing when we were leaving and sometimes not.
Breakfast was fine, but there were a lot of people and everything seemed rushed.
If you do not expect much, then fine.
