Asperion Hotel

I came for Guilfest. Single room was good. I ate breakfast there which at £15 was quite expensive but was very good. Parking was provided at a cost.

Only issue with single room was that it got very hot unless I opened front window which let in the traffic noise. However I was there during the heatwave of 30 degrees plus and suspect not an issue at other times.

The location was close to city centre and the station. Even though was on a main road over the night was quite.

Breakfast was £15 but if booked with the hotel was half price. Not really worth the price. Ordered full English breakfast not the best quality, was the option either beans or hash browns. Then yogurts on the side if you wish to get one. Was expecting at least high quality of the food. Maintenance wised is alright-ish but there were stains on the carpet, probably was leak from the ceilings as there were yellow stains there. As others mentioned was quite hot in the hotel which I I didn’t mind even though outside wasn’t as hot so it might be an issue for others

I like the facility where I was. The location near the centre, really good

Good location. Though do not take a front room. The road is busy and noisy.

No air conditioning. Do not go on summer. You’ll suffocate. Also the desk was broken.
