Breakfast was more than adequate and very generous. The location was ideal for us being close to both bus and train routes and walking distance from the town.

While there was plentiful almost instant hot water we did find the shower/bath a little challenging and a bit slippery. A bath mat would have been helpful - perhaps we didn't find it. The lack of rain had taken its toll on the pots in the yard.

The breakfast was excellent, friut juice, yoghurt, cerial, toast etc, tea and coffee with fresh milk. Fridge and microwave. Location is very good with town a few minutes walk, or buses convenient too. Countryside walks are even nearer. London Road station also easy walking distance.

I wouldn't change anything.

Comfortable and in a quiet area. Convenient with a fridge and microwave in the room. Small details made me feel very welcome such as toiletries and a good selection for breakfast.

It isn’t very central - but I was aware of that when I booked

Location quite good and fairly quiet neighbourhood. Few items for breakfast in the room including fresh milk and full loaf of bread. Accommodation clean and tidy. Large fluffy towels for use plus basic toiletries in clean bathroom just down the corridor from room.

Bed quilts were very light so tended to float around so a little uncomfortable. On our first night the security light was constantly switching on & off throughout the night this was situated immediately outside the bedroom window and disturbed us all night. Unfortunately we had a lot of noise during our stay from the accommodation immediately above our bedroom. This started early morning until late evening as late as 10:45 on our second night. Not sure who lived or was staying above us but it appeared multigenerational as able to hear adult voices & that of young children with the addition of a dog barking from time to time! The loud bangs heavy footsteps children jumping around things being dropped or moved along the floor seemed never ending and was a huge minus for us. Internal stairs leading from the above rooms down to the back door which was used by guests, was regularly used by the people above also. We slept badly the two nights we stayed due to all the factors mentioned. One last mention was the untidy yard/ garden area outside the room. This was very untidy littered with old pots old bikes and discarded wrought iron gates and old fencing. It could be with some old a sweet area which in the better weather would be a big bonus for guests to use or enjoy a nicer view from the room window.
