We got what we paid for.

Location and value for money. It was cheap and for the money it was good.

The kitchen was very poorly equipped. Lack of pots and pans, not a lot of crockery. It’s evident that someone has just bought this property and trying to make a quick buck. Bedding was poor quality. Cleanliness was poor. Not enough seating in the lounge.
