I liked the workers. They were very kind and helped us as much as they could. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The pool and restaurant are nice spaces to spend time with family, and the food was good.
For breakfast time, I appreciate that they prepare the eggs as you prefer, fresh and warm, but only 2 people are preparing them, and it takes a while to have your breakfast when there are a lot of guests.
I saw a couple of cockroaches, but I assume they moved around the surroundings and came by; the hotel looked clean in general.

The check-in process was good, despite the language barrier. The receptionists were friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast was ok. There wasn’t much in the way of protein or fruits.
It is not very central but there are eateries and supermarkets within 5-10minutes walking distance.
The room attendants were very diligent about room service. However, a do not disturb sign would have been nice.
I was very disappointed with the room. It was very small, outdated and even with the lighting- dark. The room smelled like it had not been used in a long time. The air was stagnant and heavy with dust. The snacks on the fridge had a coating of dust on it, so even if I wanted to consider purchasing, I was leery of doing so. The water was lukewarm at best.
The gym was in a semi-enclosed alcove. It’s ok if you want to do the bare minimum.
