Very comfortable rooms. Service was very good. The hotel was very convenient to a lot of places and for a business trip, it was just right.
The restaurant could have better options. Menu is limted. Other than that, it´s a really good place for a couple of days.

We have been staying in this hotel when we visit Bucaramanga for the past 10 years. But the hotel is starting to show it's age. Time for a facelift, especially the room floors.

The location is good for shopping and visiting friends. Breakfast is good with a selection of fruit,eggs, and yogurt. The room is very big and very comfortable.
We have been staying at this hotel for at least 7 years. I noticed things are needing an update and look worn. It's time to do some remodeling.
