Price and location were great
The lamps from the ceiling were hanging too low. I hit my head every day in the bed room and even more often in the bathroom. That was very uncomfortable

Room, bed, shower all good. Breakfast superb as always.
My wife and son arrived at reception before me (I was flying into Bucaramanga separately) after a long road journey and were treated with disdain by the two guys manning check-in at that time (28.11.23 at about 5pm) despite standing at the check-in desk with suitcases they were totally ignored, Not once were they asked if they could help them.
The next morning the usual check-in manager was there and was very apologetic for the behaviour of his staff the evening prior. He said he would check the CCTV footage to see what went on. It is a shame because we stay there often.

The staff are helpful, the WiFi works well, the pool is inviting, although pretty cold.
My 'junior suite' faced the pool bar, where the music is so loud I could easily hear it in my room. I asked to be move when I discovered the bar would be open till 2am on my last night. The only available room was much smaller. But at least it was quiet.
The breakfast buffet was disappointing, with a few fried foods but not much else
