The price, parking and location were why we chose this property. We had used the pub/restaurant before and were told about the rooms on that visit so we decided to use it for our next trip out of City airport. Its an easy 15 minute walk to the airport. The rooms are a bit dated but perfectly fine for one night. The restaurant/bar was a bonus
We are right up the top of the building with no lift.

Charming pub/hotel.
Staff were extremely welcoming and pleasant, particularly Poli with checking us in.
Room was spacious and comfortable.
Shower pressure could be looked at.

Accessible to The City. Easy check in/out. Parking available. Lovely Breakfast at a really good price. Friendly staff.
Overall it was a pleasant stay. The bathroom could have done with a deep clean but nothing else was negative.

Definitely the location for Excel is perfect and we needed to be there for a fair, plus the free parking was great
Super staff!!!
We didn’t have hot water in the bathroom at all! That’s definitely lowering a lot all the scores, dust quite a lot everywhere and a broken curtain!
The staff were incredible and accommodating with the water issue.
