Great location for the Excel Conference Centre - lovely staff in all areas - I can only make one suggestion and that would be to move the mirror closer to the plug, as its really difficult to do your hair when the plug is so far away - plus a shelf would be good near to the mirror too. Apart from that - it was really good and would highly recommend.

Hotel staff and welcoming and helpful. Cookie on arrival was a lovely surprise. Hotel is clean, our room was pretty basic but had everything we needed. We ate in the bar area and the menu was really good, staff in there are great too.
Overall a good stay.
