Good experience ....but

Staff very professional and friendly. Especially David, quick response on wup message. My suggestion is to double check quality of extra service offering like transportation from the airport if requested. As the guest relies to the hotel. Maybe I would provide more bottles of water because the nearest place to buy isn't very close. I am expecting more attention to the details from a 9.5 booking score hotel. The structure is very new, clean and privacy is guaranteed. Great breakfast. Coffee machine in the apartment with complimentary capsules.

Extra services like transportation from the airport. Massage service advertised in the room (I understand this services are not related to the hotel - but it's important, if you suggest to your customer, to check if satisfying) wasn't professional. Poor complimentary water

The breakfast (amazing and highly recommend, you can't get a better breakfast in town), the staff (very kind and friendly), the garden in front of the room, the room (well equipped with also microwave and coffee machine) and the bed and the tranquillity of the room.

loved it and would stay again. if you’re a gay man wanting a safe space to stay and have fun, look no further than Adler

the team is amazing. i have spent and significant time in customer experience and this team has it bucketloads. And I mean everyone. the gardens are amazing. the pool area is relaxing, functional and appropriate. the coffee and drinks are offered readily. the accommodation is well appointed

i think number 7 was less renovated than other apartments. it was comfortable and spacious and well appointed. it was a hot apartment that needed more air con during the day make it bearable. at night the air con was needed to ensure there was sufficient air circulating

A great place to rest

Amazing location: we could get to the beach by foot. With a market near by, where we could buy some food and close to Yumbo. The pool is great with its salt water and bigger then expected. The staff was very kind and helpful.

My number one choice in Gran Canaria

The bungalows are spacious and well furbished. The garden is beautiful. Fantastic breakfast. Very cool and quiet atmosphere. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Very close to Yumbo! I will take this property as my first choice when going back

The Villa itself was absolutely fantastic, it had everything I needed plus more for a great stay. I loved the little touches, such as the welcome fruit and Cava! The staff were super friendly, they demonstrated the villa facilities at check in, and were kind to let me stay past check out due to a late flight. The pool itself was lovely and the sun terrace was a hidden gem. Overall, I loved my stay and can't wait to return.

A very intimate, beautifully laid out accommodation, very close to amenities and the beach.

Strongly recommend this accommodation. It's on a very quiet pedestrian alley, very close to amenities, 5 min from the beach, 5 min from Yumbo centre. The space that the architect created is extremely well thought and it successfully combines the privacy of the bungalow, with the sentiment of belonging to a small community, enjoying the discrete presence of few other guests in the other bungalows. The amenities are amazing (beautiful pool and bar area), the gardens are absolutely exquisite, the combined indoor and outdoor space of each bungalow works perfectly, and the interior is just as amazing, making your stay both comfortable, and luxurious. Hat off to David, as well, who was very helpful and polite, and made our stay very pleasant.

he bar was not open in the afternoons; it was impossible to get a drink in the evening There is a long waiting time for hot water in the shower Very low water pressure These drawbacks are negligible compared to the advantages!

A quiet oasis close to all the fun!

I couldn’t ask for a better experience. The bungalow was spacious and clean with a cozy sitting area, convenient kitchen, and a comfortable large bed (two combined single beds). The pool was terrific and the lush gardens were lovely. But the best part was the staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. a big thank you to Andres who helped me get my lost passport back.
