The complimentary breakfast was greatly appreciated. Very kind staff, beautiful area. The rooms were pleasant and had good space.
No air conditioning but it was pretty cool at night so an open window solves the problem.
My only other complaint was that there were a lot of dirt bikes in the area that were quite noisy but this has nothing to do with the hotel of course.

Really nice location near restaurant. Not far from the Lake Como itself. Pretty cheap with nice friendly staff that could speak few languages.

The charming hotel had a wholesome, homely feel to it. We liked the convenience of the back entrance to the first floor from where our car was parked. Although it is a charming old building, everything was functioning perfectly well.
Good breakfast!! Easy walk of a few minutes to the restaurants in the village. Really fabulously located between Lake Como and Lake Lugano, both gorgeous!!
Next to a bit of a noisy road, but not too bad.

Nice staff
No sound isolation at all from the windows. In our room we had the feeling to be in the street with the cars and mopeds.
