清潔な施設と美味しいお料理はもちろん、スタッフの対応がとても丁寧でいつも何か困ったことはないか気にかけていることが伝わってきました。黒部ダム観光で訪れましたが、こちらがあまり調べて来なかったことが分かったからか、沢山の情報を教えていただきました。

ホテルの方がとても親切。雰囲気の良いロビーと広さも充分あったお部屋、共に満足でした。また、朝食・夕食とも品数も多く、とても美味しくて大満足でした。翌日立山黒部アルペンルートに行く予定でしたので、翌朝スーツケースを預けて当日富山駅まで配達してくれるサービス（有料）があったので、こちらのホテルを選んで良かったと思いました。
露天風呂が期待はずれでした。また、今回信濃大町駅からタクシーでホテルまで行きましたが、タクシー代が結構高かったです。

館内移動用の手提げや大浴場の濡れたタオル持ち帰り用のビニール袋など宿泊者目線に立った配慮がすばらしいと感じました。
建物設備については多少古さを感じました。
