Beach location
Everything was extra including the gym, and late checkout was very expensive per hour.

We had a very nice stay at this family-friendly resort! The pool area was big with plenty of sun beds available. We stayed in a swim-up room, which was a big bonus as we could access the smaller pool directly from our room.
The room was spacious and the beds were large and comfortable.
The breakfast was also very good, with a good variety of options to choose from and fresh fruit.
The location was excellent! The hotel was right on the beach, with many restaurants, shops and souvenir stores nearby. Tuk-tuks were easily available if you wanted to explore the city center or some other nearby places like the night market.
The resort was not brand new anymore, so a little renovation would have been nice in the near future (for example the bathroom).

The location is great-right next to catch beach club! The staff are also very nice and helpful.
The property is dated and there have been no renovations since 2020 when I came last time it seems to the rooms. The main doors did not shut properly for myself or friends. One of the twin beds has no plug sockets next to it and one of the bed mattress protectors was urine stained which could be smelt when sleeping. Luckily we were moved room the next night. There were pool renovations going on and the pool bar was not open. Probably this was reflected in the price paid however we were not informed prior to this.
