The property was very nice and had a jungle feel to it. The room itself was very comfortable. It was a very close walk to the beach. Breakfast were good.
The pool was not usable the entire length of our stay (5 days) as it was a horrible green colour. Management did offer a partial refund upon check out but after numerous inquiries to receive the refund went unresponsive no refund was received. Not until I mentioned leaving a review did they respond to my inquiry. Still no partial refund was received.
