La opción todo incluido vale la pena y si vas con niños es una buena opción, hay entretenimiento todas las noches, muchos juegos, toboganes; para los adultos hay menos opciones pero está la barra libre.
No se incluyen buenas marcas en las bebidas

El hacer cola para las comidas, he estado en otros hoteles de todo incluido y es la primera vez que tengo que hacerla.

Todo en general los empleados súper amables y cualquier cosa te la solucionan o por lo menos lo intentan.
Las piscinas cierran demasiado pronto con la calor que está haciendo todavía. La cena también termina demasiado pronto a las 21:30 a ver si nos enteramos que los andaluces cenamos un poco más tarde no con luz del día aún.

The kids entertainment/shows/pools/slides were all a 10/10. The slides were absolutely incredible for a hotel and was basically on the beach. The rooms were nice and the reception staff were nice.
The restaurant staff were all APALLINGLY rude! They were very clearly sick of their jobs. The restaurants were overly packed every single meal every single day. There was queue for absolutely EVERYTHING!! A queue to get a plate! A queue for the coffee machine, a queue for the orange juice, a queue for the scrambled egg, for the toaster, to get a glass. It was WAYYYYYY too overcrowded. Not to mention the actual food was also appalling. The quality of it all was really bad. The staff were very fed up when I asked them for a spoon because I couldnt find one. When I asked for a high chair they would huff and puff. We also asked if we could join two tables for our family to sit together (there wasnt enough space for 6 of us) they said no and spoke to my mother in law very rudely and we had to sit in separate tables.
