A very good hotel - we had to book on the day on evacuation from our villa due to fire. Reception staff were excellent, friendly and made us feel very welcome. We had a very spacious double room on first floor. And we enjoyed had a lovely dinner with friends in Attitude Banus pool restaurant. Friendly and courteous staff, good menu choice and quality food.
A good sized en suite bathroom but we would have preferred a walk-in shower rather than stepping in to bath for a shower.

The staff were very friendly and attentitive
The hotels website advertises 3x restaurants but only the Altitude restaurant was open. Piano bar and buffet restaurant was closed. The restaurants in the arr are all closed and the surrounding area is fairly run down. The lifts in the hotel need attention with only 1 operational. We should have been told.by booking.com that restaurants are under construction
