The service was excellent from start to finish, and the hotel itself was amazing. Great facilities, a really relaxed and chilled atmosphere, and the pool was fantastic. The short walk to the beach was also brilliant. Overall, a fantastic hotel with everything you need for a relaxing stay.
There honestly wasn’t much to dislike, as our room was amazing and the hotel overall was excellent. The only small issue with the room was that there wasn’t a full-length mirror.only one small mirror in the bathroom.
The food was quite “fancy” for my personal taste. For example, the pool menu had pizza and a burger, but no chips/fries, although the dinner menu was nice and obviously everyone has different preferences.Please look at food menu.
The location is also something to consider. Marbella Old Town is around a 20-minute taxi ride away, while Puerto Banús is around 8–10 minutes. The closest shops, such as Lidl, aren’t ideal to walk to either. We spent nearly €500 on taxis over the week, so I’d definitely recommend renting a car if you plan on exploring the area a lot.

The hotel is not directly by the sea, but guests can reach the sea via a beautiful path between the gardens. There is a beautiful promenade around the sea, I recommend it for morning jogging or evening walks. The breakfasts are fantastic, the whole hotel was very quiet, spacious and well maintained. I would recommend it for guests who come by car, then everything (direction Estepona and Marbella) is really within reach.
We know this area very well, so we can't fault anything and we would be happy to come back.

So accessible, staff helpful 24/7, many parking, room view are all wonderful, breakfast is great 👍 staff are so kind and friendly

Great location and lovely pool and spa . Excellent hotel gym facilities and good breakfast
Lunch by the pool was over priced and shockingly bad . There is no excuse for such poor quality food and no need for it to be served in a card box . Also staff are totally inattentive around pool area
