Everything about the stay was great. We had a family situation come up before the trip and the team went out of their way to accommodate us — far more than they had to. The receptionist at check-in wasn't especially warm, but the rest of the team more than made up for it. Clean rooms, good location, staff who actually care. Ten out of ten.

Second time staying here, it’s in a great location with easy access to all you need around it. Wide variety of breakfast food options. Pool area very well kept and friendly staff all around the hotel.
WiFi was poor, it kept dropping off regularly and would take a while before being able to connect again.

The location and the staff were very pleasant; they supplied water and beds for the dogs which exceeded expectations. ,
At another hotel later this trip I left my iPad behind and it was immediately posted to my home address at no extra charge. However, we left a jacket behind here in the wardrobe and they denied all knowledge of it.
