Location was fabulous literally across the road from the stunning marina and beach. The beds were comfy and room cleaned on a daily basis. Food was brilliant with lots of variety to choose from. Staff were friendly and helpful. The property catered for everyone however I felt it was more suited to couples rather than families as there were no day time activities. Although busy it was a very chilled atmosphere. Was a lovely stay.

Excellent location close to Benalmadenas spectacular marina.
The soundproofing, blackout curtains and comfortable beds offered a very restful sleep.
Daily servicing.
Good sun bed availability.

Water not included in the half board option at dinner.

The staff are all superb, extremely friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasure to engage with everyone who worked at the hotel. The hotel is also extremely clean, everywhere is immaculate. Housekeeping kept our bathroom spotless. Breakfast was a great offering with cava too! Evening meal has a large variety but was a little repetitive night on night, the waiters cannot do enough for you though and the bar prices were very fair. The location is absolutely superb.
Our problem sadly was significant, the beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. They are both very firm and my mattress sloped to the right, I kept rolling to almost falling out! Good sleep is the absolute basic necessity a hotel should provide. We had twin beds and both were very uncomfortable which did spoil our stay, we were more tired when we got home!
