Staff were nice.
Lift broke, so my 84 year old Mother had to walk up and down stairs, which caused her ankles to swell.
The shower overflowed and flooded the bathroom as the drain was blocked. After the drain was cleaned the smell in the bathroom was not pleasant for a few hours.
As the hotel was part of the Melia group, we expected a better experience, but were sadly wrong.
