Location is amazing. Very clean and friendly staff.
The hotel and staff are fantastic been here 3 years in a row but one thing that is frustrating is on top of paying for breakfast for myself and my partner, to have gluten free hot food offered as I am coeliac costs an additional €5 daily supplement on top of breakfast price that had to be paid already.

The location
The staff at the roof top bar was very aggressive.
After asking for a drink, 5 minutes later and without any heads up, they start pushing to leave the premises even do we’re staying at the hotel they take the drinks without an option to take it to the room or give us some time to finish them.

Had to hire a kettle and when eating breakfast they turned lights off at half 10 sharp. They were tidying up at 10:20.
