Qué me cambiaron a última hora de hotel Aluasoul Costa Málaga, la ubicación muchísimo peor, la limpieza tiene mucho que desear, la amabilidad y trato del personal en ausencia a excepción de algún camarero, me ha parecido lamentable todo y sin ninguna explicación.

The room, the roof top bar area.

The food, very poor for such a lovely hotel. Breakfast was o.k. ish but evening meal wasn,t very good. Not much choice.

Breakfast was good, beds were comfy, shower was very good even though bathroom looked outdated (had room on 2nd floor), could do with more sun loungers by pool during peak times

A great stay here! I would stay again!

Great location! Only a 2 minute walk to the beach! The rooftop pool and bar was great! Good choice at the breakfast buffet! Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

As a younger traveller the hotel had quite an older population.

Not good

I liked that it was near the beach. There was a horrendous smell coming from the drains in the bathroom throughout my stay. I think I’ve stayed here 4 times in the past 2 years and was terribly dissatisfied with the food this time. It is not a good idea to cut costs on the quality of the food you provide, the meats and poultry were second rate and full of fat, I ate very little and the cost was too expensive for what I received. The hotel rooms and corridors are very tired and old and in need of a refit, and that green carpet!

The hotel is in a relatively quiet area so you have to travel for busier nightlife.

The location and rooftop pool

There was 11 of us for my 50th birthday, 3 guests stayed for 2 weeks, 6 of us for a week and 11 of us for 4 nights, the food was terrible, none of us liked it, the restaurant staff were rude, the English woman who checked us in and Albert and bar staff were lovely, we had eggs thrown on us having a laugh and sing song one night outside the bar area, we were lucky no one was hurt, we weren’t sure if it was from checked in staff who were doing work in the hotel or residents nearby, when our room was cleaned they only made the bed, they did not pick up dirty glasses, dirty cups, empty the rubbish, we couldn’t believe the service and no iron in the room they want you to pay at the front desk to have something ironed to deliver the next day, just terrible service we won’t be back!

Very enjoyable

Lovely hotel,spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good plenty of choice. Roof top pool was lovely.so close to bars/restaurants and shops in Carihuela.

Nothing really only I couldn’t get a sun bed one afternoon as people had reserved them and not there,although it does state your not allowed this was never enforced.

terrible we won’t be back

The food was terrible, there was 11 of us in our group for a 50th birthday, no one liked the food, when our hotel room was cleaned they only made the bed they did not lift dirty cups and glasses, they never emptied the rubbish, one night while sitting outside having drinks we had eggs thrown on the ground close to our table, we were lucky we were not hit with them, not sure if it was from staff working in the hotel, or tenants from a building nearby, some of the staff were rude, the English lady who checked us in was lovely, but other staff in the restaurant were rude, Albert the bartender was lovely too but other that that we would not recommend this hotel

the room was way too hot to the point it was uncomfortable and difficult to sleep with no control over the heating. fortunately we only stayed one night any more it would been a major issue

Great place to stay.

Excellent breakfast. It's a good location in the centre of La Carihuela. Comfortable room with a nice little terrace.

The light on the terace didn't work. It would be good if the room keys operated the read doorway into the centre of La Carihuela (when coming back).

Best hotel in the area

I stayed in this hotel many times before and can hardly fault anything. Rooms are the best you can get in Torremolinos, staff is kind and efficient, location is perfect and quiet at night. Lounge terrace on roof top is unsurpassed in the area. For me the best option! I will be back again very soon.

Having to leave... As I pointed out in my previous reviews, it would be a plus if the hotel would consider to heat the swimming pools. Many guests would be happy to pay a bit more if this comfort would be offered. In winter, even when the weather outside is warm and sunny, the water is just too cold to swim in.

Good location, good breakfast but the rooms need to be better appointed.

The breakfast was very good. Lots of choice including eggs cooked by a chef.

The lighting in the room is very bad. There are no bedside lights, nor is there a switch to operate the main room light. If you need to get up in the night you do so in the dark. There is also a lack of power points. Everyone has electronic devices that need charging and there is inadequate provision for this.

Enjoyable stay

Good location Staff friendly, particularly Abel and Maria in the restaurant

Disappointed this visit with some of the meals. The standard not as good as before. On two mornings the porridge was 90% liquid. Potatoes one night were hard and inedible. Coffee machines faulty or constantly running out.
