We stayed for 6 nights and the rooms were very spacious and clean (housekeeping standards varies though from day to day). Underground parking for €15 a day subject to availability. We didn’t use the swimming pool or the sun beds as it was always busy but it has good access to a nearby beach with a lifeguard. The restaurant seemed tidy and mostly well staffed, we had a couple of days of sickness so we missed dinners but we cannot say for sure what caused it. The bar was decent with a lot of seating inside and outside with entertainment every night. The area around the hotel was nice with a good bus service and plenty of shops.
Parking cannot be reserved before hand, we had to find a place to park outside along the busy road until a space became available, after driving a long way and not knowing the area.

he location is excellent, and our room on the 11th floor had the most amazing sea views – waking up to that view every morning was a real highlight.
We loved the Balinese beds available to hire around the pool, and we found the prices for food and drinks in the hotel to be very reasonable. Our room rate also included breakfast, which offered excellent value for money.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, and we were impressed that the entire pool area was cleaned and hosed down every day, keeping everything looking spotless.
There was only one power socket by the bed and no USB charging points in the room, which made charging devices less convenient.
We also weren't told what time the VIP Balinese bed area closed. When we returned, the gate had been locked and our key card no longer worked, leaving all of our belongings locked inside. Unfortunately, the staff member we found didn't know who had the key, so we ended up having to climb over the gate to retrieve our things. Better communication about the closing time, or ensuring guests can regain access, would have avoided this inconvenience.

The location near the beach, pharmacy and supermarket and some restaurants. Pool was very nice.
The buffet was awful. Nothing had flavor not even any salt or pepper.
