Breakfast and view were very good. Room distribution was good.
We had some issues with the AC that got resolved after we contacted the reception, and a technician was sent. After a few minutes, he fixed the AC. Also, the phone to call reception was not working properly. The parking entrance was also a bit awkward.

Spacious and clean, staff are lovely
Television was not able to receive English speaking programmes in my apartment but I could hear next door and previous visit’s English speaking tv. They tried to fix 3 times but to no avail

I liked the excellent location and the beautiful sea view from the room.
I didn’t like the unpleasant smell in the hotel, the lack of basic kitchen items such as dishwashing liquid, a sponge, and a cloth, and the fact that there was no kettle in the room. The sofa was also in very poor condition and so uncomfortable that my daughter could not sleep on it.
