Lovely hotel in general: facilities were plentiful, staff very kind and friendly, high level of cleanliness in rooms and common areas, children’s club activities and staff were fantastic (children 7 & 9), pool activities/games/parties were a highlight!
Country/theme dinners stopped repetition of simple meals: Spain, UK&Ire, Mexico, USA, Oriental etc.
Staying on the fourth floor was noisy at night! The Moonlight club and games room exited into the far end of the corridor and resulted in significant noise late night/early morning. Additionally, communal meeting points located in the echoey corridors caused significant noise at night, this could continue into the early hours > Front desk/Security were called a number of times without action: I needed to address the situation personally on a number of nights!
Easy to pick some holes if you've stayed in a better 4* in a similar location.
50 - 100 rooms too many, could feel crowded.
Location of coffee, ice-cream, pancake machines created crowds and pinch points in key locations in restaurant.

The air conditioning was super.
The nightly entertainment was excellent.
There are not enough elevators in the property to accommodate the number of guests.
We were on the 14th floor and spent a lot of time waiting on the elevators.
Unaccompanied Children were constantly in the elevators.
