Convenient location and easy to find. Was simple and had great hot showers
Our floors were dirty in the room, way too small, poor ventilation and the room we had (with patio) was not actually a private patio as shown in photos. It was unfortunate because we were wanting this room for the private patio

Location access to the Mercado Hidalgo, tour buses and museums.
Not enough shampoo/conditioner, soap. Bed a bit hard.

The location is ok. Close to the market.
The staff was helpful. Cleaning staff was prompt and thorough.
The fan in the room was nice.
The price is outrageous for the quality.
The listing said that there were two outlets at the bedsides. There was one outlet in the entire room across the room.
There was a window but it opened to the hallway. People always walking past. But maybe this was better than the street view that as noisy all night.
