Very good

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty. Excellent location, everything within walking distance. We had a beautiful view from the balcony. Since the hotel is in the center of town the room wasn't that quiet, but it didn't bother us.

The floors could have been cleaner. There were quite a few hairs on the floor and in the shower, that were clearly not ours.

definitely choose the big room facing the plaza, totally recommended is worth the upgrade and the money, the cheapest options is not the best.

Lovely room comfortable bedding, great water pressure and good hot water temp.

We stayed for a week and found the experience very appealing. The only challenge we experienced was with our rental car

Best location in the middle of the historic district. Staff was very accommodating and professional. The daily breakfast was a bonus, while it won’t blow your socks off, it was quite appetizing.

The noise was at times a nuisance, but overall I’m confident that this will be offset by the convenience of this location.

We had a magical stay at Hotel de la Paz! Everything was as promised and the view was spectacular.

Great location, price and service!! staff was great !!!

Room was very clean, staff was very helpful. Location was perfect. Breakfast was very good. It had an elevator which was a huge plus, after walking all day up and down stares and inclined streets in different locations around town.

this hotel is close to everything, restaurants, bars , Plazas , churches.

The air conditioning didn't cool well. The hotel doesn’t have restaurant, mini store , just have a water cooler for the guests.

Location location

Front desk staff was not very polite. I rbooked 3 rooms for family including ours (all couples) we were supposed to have rooms with balcony facing the GUANAJUATO UNIVERSITY and instead we were given view of an ALLEY. When I asked they said you paid for an alley! I know we all paid extra for a balcony/window if I would have known it was to an alley we would not have paid the extra $$$😡 VERY VERY MISLEADING and the hotel front desk staff did not handle it correctly at all.

The location and cleanliness. Both Priscilla and Ana were friendly and very helpful

Breakfast. It's not in the hotel but you need to walk a hundred metres to have at another hotel. As such, it was not convenient as there is no coffee/ tea maker provided in the room. The earliest you could have a cup was at 8 am

Overall our stay was great! Definitely would recommend!

The location of the property is perfect! Rooms are clean and staff was great!

Didn’t have a mini fridge and the pillows where not too comfortable.

I traveled with my family and we really enjoyed this hotel--great location, clean and spacious rooms

The hotel is located right in the center of town. Stunning views and walkable area. Many restaurants and shops are across the street. Felt very safe and comfortable.

I spent about an hour looking for the nearest parking lot for our rental vehicle. It would be great if near-by parking information was made available on the hotel website.

Traditional elegance in a historic hotel looking out on the main church in a perfect location.

My room number 1 was directly facing the church and had a lovely anteroom and balcony with French doors. the French doors had folding wood inside shutters which you close at night to seal off the noise sbd light. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in this lovely town.

The receptionist should have walked me around a bit. I still don’t know if they provided purified water somewhere on the floor outside the room.
