Great friendly hosts and breakfast was served with smiles and good service. Allowed me to check in 2 hours early due to funeral. Car parking is free for residents. A bonus for Dartmouth. Buses from outside take you down to Dartmouth Embankment, regular service and only 5 mins ride.

Friendly staff and a lovely old farmhouse.

Being so old, there are steep spiralling steps up to most of the bedrooms. However, this was not an issue for us.
