Great location . Buses into the centre took only 5 minutes and were very frequent. Bathroom was nice, but along a corridor. Good breakfast.
Quite a climb to the top floor. Twin room very small and tired. Window didn’t open, so a bit stuffy. Only one pillow and temperamental electrics.

Easy to walk into Edinburgh. Was fortunate to get a parking place. The door entry system didn’t need a key or card just a code.
Window didn’t have a proper curtain so let in a lot of light. The bedside light didn’t work properly.kept flickering on/off.

Easy to access property and enter room on arrival. Keyless entry for security. Included breakfast exceeded expectation as it was cooked.
The curtain needs replacing. The desk fan struggled with the temperature, bigger fan or aircon ideally.
