Friendly proprietor, clean room, comfortable bed.
It was a bit farther from the center, though there is bus service near by. I found it to be a longer walk then I expected, 30-40 minutes from most sites.

Convenient location, close to the university & bus to the city center. Clean room and bathroom, good tea & milk + kettle, comfortable bed.
The hosts were very pleasant and helpful.

convenient to city center and train station
quiet residential neighborhood
forgot to mention to host that hot water in bathroom sink is positioned very poorly and should be corrected
