Well presented. Comfortable room with thoughtful decor and provisions. A pleasant upgrade from others I have stayed in. I was grateful for the fan!
Had trouble getting the shower to come on full, but that could have been me! I don’t like codes for entry but realise this is how most bed and breakfasts operate now. I asked for assistance with my luggage up the stairs but I didn’t see anyone on entry.

Nice, clean, good location and distance from the center of Edinburgh.
Locks work with a code but it’s not a user friendly system. We were eventually locked out of our room due to a technical error,

Clean, accessible to the bus
It was listed as bed and breakfast when we booked, yet after booked as non-refundable - the host messaged to say they don’t do breakfast anymore. We probably wouldn’t have stayed here as breakfast is part of why we booked here
