Nice location just outside the fray of the city
We could hear our neighbors talking especially when they came back late at night

The room was perfect, the bed sooo comfortable, we both slept really well. The little breakfast bag was amazing, we weren't expecting a formal breakfast anyway but this allowed us to have a snack before venturing out and held our hunger at bay until much later. The room was pretty, well decorated and spotlessly clean.
The provision of bath robes and slippers was also a lovely touch even though we didn't use them.
We also liked the location, not in the centre of town but easily walkable. Having free parking was also a bonus as we only needed the car once to visit Craigmillar castle and the bus stop was just at the end of the road with multiple frequent buses into the city centre.
Check in was easy, straightforward instructions to gain entry were sent to us the day before.
Nothing really, the water pressure is a little low but didn't cause us any issues with bathing but others may be bothered by this

Well situated closish to town, clean and comfortable with parking.
Breakfast items delivered daily outside our room all seemed to be from Aldi. They weren't very nice. This was disappointing given the standard of accommodation otherwise. Whilst grateful for somewhere to park, we drive an EV. We discovered that the charging infrastructure in Edinburgh is woeful. An EV charging point at the back of the accommodation would have been lovely! Other guest house accommodation in the area provide this.
