Vivienne was a wonderful host and was exceptionally helpful in our decision making as to how to plan our stay.
The house is clean and very well kept. The breakfast buffet delicious. It is close enough to walk to most of the sights in Edinburgh. But you can catch all the buses just steps away from the house. Be sure to head over to the Old Bell Inn around the corner for a pint or a meal.

Great place to stay…way nicer than we expected. Host was also amazing and gave us great tips for getting around and things to do nearby. I would stay here again in a second…wouldn’t even look elsewhere.

Very nice and cosy ‘home away from home’ BnB. The owner, Vivienne, is very helpful. It’s a 15-20 min walk to the city centre but the bus stop is just outside. Quiet and nice location. Comfy beds and very clean. A tad small bathroom but no big deal. Highly recommended.
