Room was comfy and clean. The hotel is on a main road (with lots of emergency vehicles going back and forth with sirens) but I had a room at the back so had little noise. Walkable distance to the CBD but also plenty of buses on the road outside to catch if an half hour walk isn't your thing.
My room had a private bathroom listed but this was actually across the hall so you had to leave your room to reach it. It was a very nice bathroom though. Bed was also, or seemed to be, shorter than normal. Parking is very limited on the public streets behind the hotel so if there's no spots available good luck finding a park nearby.

The location! Still super close to the city centre and most important tourist attractions, but located in a very quiet area. We really didn’t expect such a peaceful place.

Excellent location, comfortable bed, clean
Shower took ages to get hot, low water pressure and funny smell in communal areas

Nice owner
Facilities are old, extremely loud traffic noise, could hear every guest around me, and miserable bed in terms of comfort. Difficult to sleep.
