The room would benefit from a deep clean and redecorating. My bed was ok for me, but my mum found hers uncomfortable.

Nice decor, nice building, easy to get into town
It said it was a large double bed on the description but it was on the smaller side. Also springy so if you are a light sleeper with someone else moving around might not be ideal.

I didn't have breakfast. The room was smaller than I expected, the bed was quite hard, not super comfortable. The location was good, very close to bus stops and within walking distance of Arthurs Seat and Holyrood park.
The hard bed. The photos on the website made it look better than it actually was. Not great value for the money.
