Never again.

The Yorkshire terrier.

Very unpleasant lady "greeted" us after looking me up and down. No idea who she was as she couldn't be bothered to introduce herself. Didn't let us know what facilities were available such as the pool etc. I asked about dinner and was told it needed to be booked 12 hours in advance. We later stopped by the main house in the afternoon after having gone to get food and water as there was no bottled water in the fridge and request the wifi password as the one in room was not correct. Looking through the folder on the table in the room which had sugar scattered all over it, I assume from the previous guests, it should be noted that wifi is only "available upon request". I also asked for a couple of forks to eat our food. Once again, this woman gave me the impression I was imposing to the point of feeling very unwelcome. The room we were given had a heavy smell of cheap perfume. Opening the windows revealed they hadn't been cleaned in a awhile and the blinds were covered in dust. The bed was not very comfortable and the shower leaked all over the floor. No idea what time breakfast was served as we weren't informed and quite frankly didn't care as all we wanted to do was get out of there as soon as possible in the morning. I've travelled quite a lot in the last few months for work. This was another work trip and this was the worst place I've stayed in. Overpriced, unfriendly and dirty. Honestly, we felt like we were being done a huge favour by letting us stay there. Never again.

Amazing place with a kind staff. It has gorgeous view and the best breakfast in all of South Africa. Also the owners got a pack of very small and cute dogs who love to play with guests.

The guest house is very well located.

There was visible dust on the kitchen utensils, and ants were moving across the countertop.
