I enjoyed my stay at Sovereign Hotel. I have stayed at the hotel on several occasions, and I have always found the security staff and reception team to be very professional, welcoming, and helpful.
I would particularly like to commend Elizabeth at reception, who is consistently excellent in the way she attends to clients. She is warm, courteous, and always willing to assist, making guests feel genuinely welcomed and valued.
Thank you to the entire team for maintaining such a high standard of service. I look forward to staying at Sovereign Hotel again.
One area that could be improved is the bathroom. I experienced an issue with the bathtub and tap, which resulted in water overflowing onto the bathroom floor. I would recommend checking and maintaining the bathroom fixtures to prevent similar issues for future guests.

The pool was very enjoyable. We spent some good time with the kids there.
The staff is friendly and helpfully ; especially concerned about the very young guests.
Room had all one needs.
Nothing to complain. Looking forward to be back.

The location, the view to the lake, the staff is so warm and willing to help in every situation. The restaurant was better than in my memory.
In both rooms I occupied the shower wasn't working well (couldn't switch between modes), and I had hot water in the sink but not in the shower

Nothing
Had to change rooms 3 times. The shower flooded in one room and the shower door fell off in the other. We had to always ask for coffee cups and coffee and service in the room. The pool was under maintenance for the 10 days we were there. Unfriendly front desk staff.
