Location is absolutely fantastic if you love peaceful surroundings and quite scenery. The apartment was delightful and the terrace with bbq and sun beds was a great bonus. Very nice swimming pool where to cool down in late afternoon.

Pity there was no bar service: drinking something at the pool would have been the top.

The owner is very nice! The place is in the perfect location for a peaceful holiday. Pool is lovely and very clean.

Everything was perfect, the neighbourhood is very quiet and close to the nature, the service was super nice changing our towels more than twice. The apartment is very cozy and lovely, could come with air condition though. Lots of cats making our stay even better :)

The studio apartment was very nice inside, fridge, hob, kettle coffee maker etc. Comfy bed Maid service one day while we were there Good location to use as a base Cats visited frequently !

The pool steps and tiles were very green when we arrived - they were cleaned during our stay. The grounds were disappointingly untidy, it wouldn't take much to tidy them up, the grass was cut while we stayed and it made a huge difference. Dogs wandered around and there was poo on the paths.

I loved the setting and the location of Marthas place. And the facilities were great and everything you'd need - spacious room, kitchenette, lovely terrace and pool. The property was in lovely quiet surrounds and the finca feel was lovely. We are walkers and didn't mind the walk into Cala Radjada daily, or Capdepera and the castle area. But if you are not used to walking 20-40 mins at a time to get to a beach or a restaurant I would suggest a car. We took a bus to Arta one day on market day which was great.

It felt very quiet initially when we arrived to the finca but once we got used to it it is a pretty special place. We'd arranged our arrival time through Booking.com messages that day. And the hosts were on hand through their mobile the whole week and very easily contactable and approachable.

totally quiet surrounding. I can recommend this place for families: outdoor pool, sheep, goat, cats, garden. great service.

wifi is weak. in certain areas no reception.

We loved our stay at 's horta ! The whole finca is beautifully located and seems to be like a world away from busy and very touristy cala ratjada. Capdepera is a lovely town and we enjoyed the restaurants and the castle there. Our room was big and featured everything we needed, from fresh and clean towels (even for the beach and pool) to a fridge and pans to cook. We really appreciated that we could take umbrellas from there to the beach with us. The owner was really kind and helpful and answered all our questions very quick. We also fell in love with the goats and cats that live there and enjoyed the super clean and nice pool with a view ! I would recommend and come back anytime.

As it is a bit remote, we rented eBikes to get around. I don't think this is really negative but good to know if you consider going there. Having a Bike or a car is definitely helpful !
