Location was very good. Room was clean and comfortable - plenty of space as we had our dog with us. Restaurant was very good - especially the food and service. Breakfast was good.
When we arrived, there was a group celebrating a birthday or something and the staff were very busy and not as welcoming as they should have been.

Breakfast was very very basic but dinner was excellent. Great local cuisine and even option for vegetarians
The lady at the reception was nice but was confused that how can I book family room with 4 people (The room had 5 beds actually) she even said that they will charge extra for which I agreed because I had no option. I showed them Booking.com confirmation but she wasn't sure. However at the checkout they didn't charge anything extra. So probably it was a matter of understanding between the hotel and booking.com or just the training issue.

Lovely big family room for just 2 of us. Great location for hiking. Great hot and powerful shower. Very clean. Lovely staff, good breakfast, lovely restaurant food and drink. A fun location with stunning vistas all around and, as one other person says, a bit Wes Anderson!
Quiet at night despite proximity to road.
Bloody fly keeping us awake with its persistent buzzing. Not the hotels fault!
Bed had a wooden footboard which made it a little short for me, but I am 6ft4. A little noisy at odd points in the day as by the road but not a bother.
