Super endroit, au calme. Complexe de loisirs au top, accès piscine et wellness inclus. Magnifique balades à proximité directe. Bien desservis par les transports publics. Réactivité du personnel suite à un problème.
Plus de soin dans le nettoyage de l’appartement entre deux locations. Assortiment de base pour utiliser la cuisine (sel, sucre, huile,…). Fléchage pour trouver la réception de la partie appartement depuis la route du village. Wifi asthmatique, pour rester poli.

Ich war überrascht, dass Tabs für Geschirrspülmaschine, Badetuch + Duschtuch etc. alles war da, prima.
Das Bett war mir zu weich, und wenn die Kinder in einem Kinderzimmer wären hätte es mir sehr gefallen.

Die Lage ist gut. Die Unterkunft war bequem mit den ÖVs erreichbar.
Leider hatten wir jeden Morgen der Lärm von der Baustelle die uns unsanft geweckt hatte.

Location was amazing. Overall it was a good place and could have loved it if they cared more for comfort. Room was clean, comfortable.
Switzerland also gets some hot days, there was no arrangement of portable fans inside the room. When we asked we were told to open the windows, when we opened the windows, room was full of Mosquito. We could not sleep whole night, there was no regard from the staff about it. As the back yard grass not cut and it was leading to Mosquitos. We were told by staff to contact the manager by messaging on booking.com, as she said she does not have any other way to contact. Staff clearly told us that there are no fans, when we pressurised her and pushed her. She arranged the fan in 2 mins, and said that she got it from a different room (clearly lying). We did sent a message on booking.com, and reply from there was very cold that we have provided you a fan on the seocnd day and second fan could be given third day.
