Location is great but thats about it. The breakfast is decent but they are not accommodating at all

The location is great, and the breakfast is a decent size.

Don’t stay here.

it was clean and comfortable, the included breakfast was delicious, the staff was wonderful, but the power went off every day at 5 pm (ish) which coincides with your return from a salt water adventure. there’s no AC and more importantly, no water for at least an hour.

electricity went out EVERY day about 5 pm for a minimum of an hour.

Very central, directly at pier and promenade. Very friendly staff. All restaurants and shops around

Great place

The staff were so friendly! Especially the grandma, she used to check up on us every morning and evening. Such a lovely lady :) We had a small problem with our room but they changed the room the following day, so this was really great. Great location and lovely sea view. I will miss this place.

The water in the sink only runs cold water which is sometimes too cold in dry season.

cleanliness, comfort, fabulous view, extremely nice staff and owners.

weak coffee for breakfast and a rather strange waiter who ruined my last breakfast in Galapagos:(

Great stay here. Great location just by the pier, room was clean and lovely, staff was kind and helpful. Wifi was better than average in the Galapagos, which is to say that it was merely bad rather than very bad.

Could not figure out how to regulate the temperature in the shower, but not really a big deal.

If all hotels in San Cristobal were like La Zapaya, the island would be well structured for tourism.

Breakfast - excelent , location - excelent , room - excelent , By informing us that we had, we expected much less than what was given to us, we had not struggled , but there was a lot of generosity and professionalism.

for a short stay it was perfect, nothing could be demanded more

The location is great, right on the boardwalk. Two decent sized beds and good room size.

There was a constant noise like a pump that was pretty loud in our room
