Great location, relatively close to the beach.

The room was bigger than I was expecting. A good kitchen area with a hob, fridge, and a proper freezer, kitchen table with comfortable stools. The lounge and bedroom were comfortable with plenty of storage. Very nicely done. Great location. A nice walk or short drive to the beach. Tops supermarket 150 metres away on the main road. The staff were very friendly with a great sense of humour, thank you, ka.

The unexpected early morning call from the local mosque 150m away. Fine if you're a morning person :-) WiFi was not good but I was warned when I checked in.

Very good

Clean and comfortable room, pool was bigger than appears on the photos and the gym was better equipped than at other condos in the area. Good value for money.

Room felt cluttered with unnecessary furniture.

great staff. good location

good location for airport. staff were amazing. we accidentally left our lights on the car and had a fist battery at 5.30am and they were so quick to have it sorted for us.

Great for Long-Term Stays

This is a great place for long term stay, if that's what you need. The rooms are not huge, but they have everything you need to put together a meal and to relax. It's up a short hill in a very quiet part of town but close to street food and transportation. If you're looking for something meaningful in Phuket, volunteer with former street animals at Soi Dog Foundation. They pick up volunteers in a shuttle each morning from right near Happy Place.

horrible management, broken facilities and pictures don’t portray room size

the staff working there were very pleasant despite their management antics and rude behaviour.

the furniture was falling apart. the bed was very hard and the wifi keeps going off and on. our trip was refunded due to the inadequate functions of their facilities however the manager did not make it easy. after booking confirmed the refund they still insisted I had to speak to booking before processing it. I wasted $10 in auto roam calls and their horrible internet kept cutting my connection with the officers. management were so rude to not provide the actual refund of the 2 nights. when asked about the broken facilities, management blamed COVID and said we should be understanding to the situation.

Good place to stay. Close to the airport

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Clean, quite modern room. Small but nice pool , no sunbeds. Close to the airport. Lot's of street food around. Over all great stay.

Good for an overnight or two day stay.

The building was quiet and kept to a good standard of cleanliness. The cleaning ladies were always smiling and happy to keep your fridge filled with water. The security man was also very nice and I was greeted every morning and evening with a big smile. The air con in the room was modern and kept me lovely and cool and the water pressure was good. It had plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and a nice little balcony. The swimming pool and gym were definitely an added bonus and all guests could use it for free. The walk to the Mini Mart is about an 8 minute walk then a further 10 minutes from there to the beach so a good location. The airport is a 5 minute drive from the beach but dont pay more than 150 baht. Luckily enough I got a free lift for being a good customer at one of the local beach restaurants which was great. With a few tweaks I think Happy Place could be a brilliant.

It's a shame to have to give a low score because the condo was nice enough. Unfortunately though there was no WiFi for the first two days which was extremely inconvenient when I had to send emails for work. I finally spoke to the manager who was very nice, very understanding and very efficient. He got someone to sort it the following morning and I had no further problems regarding that matter. The television however kept pausing and every morning for some reason didn't come on at all. I had to keep messaging the reception to send someone up to get it working. It was always sorted within the hour but once again extremely inconvenient. There was the bare minimum of kitchen utensils which was disappointing when I was staying for 5 days. One small saucepan and one frying pan and no scissors or toaster. If it was kitted out sufficiently and everything worked this would be a great little place to stay. The other thing I have to mention is the young woman on the reception desk. Each time I had to go down to ask about something she seemed very uninterested and far more concerned about sending messages on her phone. When I checked out she didn't even put her friend on hold she just took the key cards from me and carried on talking which I thought was quite rude. Professionalism goes a long way so maybe its something the manager can teach them as he was fantastic with me.
