Ottima Struttura, personale molto cordiale ed accogliente, buon rapporto qualità prezzo.. Per quanto riguarda la struttura dispone di un banco escursioni, lavanderia, taxi Eccezionale.. Ottimo cibo e bevande,vicino al mare. Ottima posizione per feste e shopping.. Ci ritornerei😉

Great location, with very helpful staff, would stay again

The staff were accommodating and friendly. Loved the location, at the quieter end and our room had beach views and nice big balcony. Restaurants (nice one right next door) and 711 within easy walk. Easy to get around with transport.

We did find the bed too firm, the staff did try to soften it for us with added mattress topper, which was very helpful

Very good service, location is convenient and fast, at patong beach, especially thanks to Khun Bank at the front desk wonderful service!

Best place to stay in Patong. Excellent value for money.

Staff are the best, location is great across the road from the beach. The best value for money hotel on the beach front in Patong, in my opinion. We had a pool access room it was great. A small family hotel, quiet and you get looked after. Please dont change. We will be back:)

Good view from my room and good staff's services

Near beach and the room is seaview Staff is really good service. How 's nice I forgot Bhudda rocket. They submitted to me suddenly requested. Thank you so much

Best place to stay in phuket for couples

The staff were excellent could not be better. Large room clean and spacious. Best end of paton to stay all clean area. We travel to phuket every year and this is now the place we stay ,great value for money and a feel good location. Love it.

Excellent location, close to the city but a 10 minute walk so far enough away that there is no noise. Pool is lovely and the staff are very helpful. It is across the road from the beach and there is a 7/11 a 2 minute walk away.

Breakfast wasn't good. There were only 5 rooms occupied while we were there so there was no buffet, which might have contributed to the poor breakfast.

Swimming pool is a life!

Perfect location! It a 10/15 min walk to Patong clubs but is very very quiet here. I love it! Beautiful swimming pool, large and deep (160cm) easy access from our balcony. Very good WiFi- you can easily work from here.. big desk and comfortable chair. Everyday cleaning, changing towels. Super nice and smile personel! All people was super friendly and helpful when we need that. The room was big, comfortable bed with all facilities. Strong working ac. Hotel is offering breakfast in reasonable prices. Four sets of different combinations. Next to reception is a mini bar with beers! The place also have a garage for your scooter or car.

The shower was dropping hot and cold water. Cold water during shower was for 3/4 second few times during shower so you still can take nice shower. Air-condition is old. Is very powerful and working amazing but the fan is extremely strong. We try all setting including put the heating for 30°c and nothing change- is blowing very cold air. But if you like cold room that option will be perfect! For me was too strong

Exceptional

It was a beautiful stay. The room was clean and big. I liked the breakfast too. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The tours booked by Mark tours and travels at the hotel were reasonable as Mark gave a good price for them. I enjoyed the pool the most! Clean pool. The beach is just across the hotel.

..The position of my room was good for me but as housekeeping always did ground floor first they didn't get to my level until after lunch...but they were very good when they did arrive...

my toilet didn’t flush properly AT ALL. Also, my sink was clogged the whole time and the staff didn’t do anything.

Really enjoyable stay

Gem of a hotel right opposite Patong Beach, very polite, friendly & cheerful staff who always went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Good sized room with pool access

A pleasant and short visit. I would choose this hotel again.

Excellent location on the beach. Close to bars and restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was airy and comfortable.

Could do with a new mattress on the bed. A bit hard for my liking.
