The position of the hotel is close to pathong beach and to the famous bangla market.
We liked the beach view from the 7th floor pool especially to watch the sunset.
The view from the balcony to the busy streets was also great
All employees were helpful and kind.

infinity pool, spacious enough, water feels nice to the body, not heavily chlorinated
rooms are of good sizes, you can control the airconditioning.
Staff- very nice people and very helpful
Location: Very nice location, easy access to points of interest, felt safe
None really except for the thought of access of none residents to the pool, but maybe they were residents to the hotel i just misinterpreted.

It was clean
No one helped with our luggage and we had to climb stairs ourselves. Breakfast was limited option not buffet. so wont recommend adding breakfast as many options to eat around the place . No staff at pool , cant buy drinks or anything else.
