This is a fairly new conversion into a hotel tucked away from the over-saturation that Patong has become. The attention to guests here is unmatched. Mert (owner) and the staff go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcomed and is comfortable throughout their stay. I was assigned a room on the 4th floor and I viewed the lack of elevator as regular exercise although others may find it strenuous. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the services and hospitality. There is flexibility that exists in a boutique hotel that is missing from corporate hotels and Thailand excels at capturing this. Upon my next return, I will be staying here again. Highly recommended.

The location, and how nice the owner is so kind soooo helpful with a big smile
No elevator, too much stares up and down makes you tired, more like a room in old apartment not a hotel
