差

我提前一天退房酒店说我不是跟酒店订的房间就不能退钱。喜欢就去跟订酒店的平台沟通，还让我签了一个“不给退房费”的单子。全部天数的钱你们从平台那里收了，退钱却说没门。

Fabulous. Would recommend this hotel.

The room was modern and overlooked the pool area. With the doors closed you couldn't hear any noise. The pool area was better than the photos. One main pool surrounded by smaller pools, and two spa pools. The water was just the right temperature. There was plenty of seating around the pool for different groups to have their own space. The breakfast selection was the best of any hotel I have stayed at. From the usual suspect to antipasto to salad to Indian food.

The pool bar could have been manned with more consistency, rather than having to get out of the pool to order drinks. The stools in the pool bar were rouge to sit on. Would be a good idea to put a smooth layer over them.

Over all it was pleasant and the staff are wonderful, all go out of their way to help you .

Breakfast was great it really was good and my husband and I looked forward to breakfast every morning we were there, the food was amazing. We enjoyed walking to the beach every morning and the swimming pool was nice and refreshing.

We could not sleep much at night due to the noise that was out on the streets, the music was so loud and people yelling and screaming most of the night. My husband and I both felt tired most mornings. The rooms need to be cleaned better as under the bed there was lots of dust . The shower had black looking grime around the bottom of it. The rooms need to be properly vacuumed and not just swept with brooms.

Belle expérience

Très bel hôtel, bien situé pas loin de la mer et de Bangla road à pieds. Grande chambre propre et bien équipée. Personnel à l'écoute et sympathique. Belle piscine. Il y a un large choix pour le petit déjeuner aussi bien sucré que salé.

il n'y a pas beaucoup de transat autour de la piscine

Hotellin ravintola ei täyttänyt odotuksia. Aluksi huoneen valot ei toimineet ja huone oli hyvin pimeä. Loppu ajasta ne korjattiin?

Un hôtel sympa avec superbe piscine bien situé

La superbe piscine avec température très agréable les toboggans et air de jeu enfant , le réfrigérateur avec eau fraîche dans la chambre , le confort de la chambre et la salle de bain avec baignoire +douche , le proximité du marché de nuit et du centre , serviette de piscine fournie , et un grand balcon vu piscine , le happy hours au bar piscine , le petit dej gigantesque et varié

Le manque de sérieux , ayant payé un supplément pour une troisième personne pas de serviette et oreillers dans la chambre , une seule carte pour ouvrir la chambre , la lenteur pour être servie au bar on nous a souvent oublié la commande , et l’emplacement tout au fond du 5 eme étage loin de l’ascenseur

L’emplacement et le faite qu’il ne soi pas trop grand

La vétusté il n’entretienne pas la piscine était sale les ascenseurs jamais nettoyé Les chambres les draps changer serviette propre sinon sol jamais laver balcon en un mois jamais balayer dommage pour le prix qui augmente bcp chac année on peu séjourné dans un autre hôtel comme le grand mercure Quand on propose des chambres à plus de 100€ la nuit il faut le reste qui suit avec là ces limite

Really nice clean and comfortable hotel. Be careful which room you book if you are light sleeper.

Breakfast here is another level, I feel like I didn't even try 50% of the stuff there was. So many choices including foods from multiple cultures (thai, hindi, western). Pool area in hotel is also very nice, multiple pools, bar next to the pools, deck chairs to chill in. Really nice. Rooms were nice and clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. Bed was really really big. Room had shower and bathtub. Balcony with pool view looks really nice because hotel yard is decorated really nice with nice attention to details.

If you are a sensitive sleeper be careful when chosing which room to take. Rooms that are not looking at the pool could have a lot of noise. Next to the hotel are streets which are full of clubs that are open until 2-3AM and rooms are not noise isolated properly, so that could be the issue. We booked one of these loud rooms and rebooked immediately, payed the difference and everything was nice and quiet.

Le gardien a l’entrée super sympa et polis

Tout !!! Hôtel sale .. Le ménage n’est pas fais.. Odeur de moisissure Cafard trouvé au restaurant sur les assiettes. Pour la nourriture, passe des commandes et on te ramène autre chose, et puis pas moyen de changé contre le plat demande initialement ! On nous demande de repayer si on veux le plat. Un Gros point sur l’hygiène.. Le personnel qui s’occupent du ménage, refais le lit simplement. Poussières pas faites. Serpillière non plus. Douche toilette pas faite Une horreur cette hôtel Petit dej pas bon ! Point positif : gardien de l’accueil souriant et c’est le seul. Localisation : proche plage et centre ville à pied

Emplacement parfait pour faire la fête et proche de la plage

Le choix du petit déjeuner L emplacement à proximité de tout

Le ménage n'est pas fait correctement dans les chambres, Nous avions réserver un taxi pour aller prendre le bateau 2 personnes de l hotel nous on dit que c était 600B ,le jour du départ on nous a dit que finalement c était 800 B , il a fallut insister pour ne pas payer plus car c est la faute du personnel qui c est tromper sinon nous aurions pris un taxi ailleurs. Fi alement nous avons pas payer plus mais il a fallu insister La piscine est à l ombre du coup il n y a pas souvent le soleil

Prime location

Big clean room, awesome pool, prime location.

We purchased a pool toy and after we finished we signed to put it on the room. We got back to our room and one minute later, a pool staff was demanding a payment after we had put it on the room. It was very uncomfortable.

Ottimo albergo ! Ci ritornerò sicuramente!

La struttura molto bella tenuta bene, colazione abbondante e varia, la piscina ben tenuta e grande con molti lettini. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la stanza e sono stati disponibilissimi il gg successivo al nostro arrivo a cambiarla. Un ringraziamento speciale allo staff gentile e premuroso.

Se devo trovare una pecca….La pulizia della stanza non come dovrebbe essere per un hotel a 4 stelle….

No toothbrush provided. I called two times, no one come to our room when we asked for toothbrush. The shower and bidet a bit leaking. Overall is okay
