First time staying here and did not disappoint. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and always happy to chat with you . The rooms were well maintained and cleaned daily . The hotel is close to restaurants ,across the road from the beach shops and the shopping centre which made it easy to get around . The daily buffet breakfast was amazing a huge range of food for everyone’s likings and by the 2nd day the ladies knew our coffee type and table we liked to sit at and always greeted us with a big smile.
Great activities for families staying with kids .
The main pool never felt crowded and plenty of space to lounge around.
Would definitely recommend staying here when you visit Thailand .
I would stay here again on my next visit .

Our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Phuket was an amazing experience from start to finish! The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices every morning, the location was perfect, and the swimming pools were beautiful and very relaxing. The kids especially loved the FunLab Digital Hub with the 4D movies and ball pit, it made the holiday extra special for our family. The staff were friendly and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. Highly recommended for families visiting Phuket!
