Location, very close to Arabic and halal restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets 11-7, shopping mall, walking area & banghla road. Quite rooms and good views to mountains. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Clean is bad, bedspread very dirty and room service changed it with dirty one also, towels are very old, insects, and toilet needs a maintenance, room service makes a noise outside the rooms, air condition is very bad and I asked them to change my room and they did.

Late night hotel clients being very noisy/slamming doors
Shower was sensitive to other plumbing being used in hotel. Many daily cold moments during a hot shower

Beds are comfortable well support for my back. Cleanliness of the room. It's looked tidy and bright.
Staffs mostly are polite and nice.
Great location to shop and drink.
Some facilities should be up graded. Some small little things like Chairs are rusted and bathroom metal rack is not well mounted to wall.

The room I booked did not look like the room advertised.
Than I asked for a refund and the lady at the desk said no refunds, which isn’t fair especially when there advertising a different room.
